A Calgary-based residential land developer has entered in a $41-million agreement to sell undeveloped Airdrie land.
GP LPLP 2007, a partner of Limited Partnership Land Pool and Genesis Land Development Corp., will sell the 319-acre parcel deemed the “Fowler Lands," to an undisclosed national developer. The purchaser will pay 50 per cent of the $41-million sale price upon closing on Dec. 15, 2017, and the remainder over the next three years.
Genesis Land Development Corp. has developed several luxury residential communities throughout Calgary and Airdrie.
