The Enbridge Centre, formerly the Kelly Ramsay Tower, held a soft opening in August as the first major new office building built in Edmonton in five years, and the first of a series of new downtown office towers that will complete by 2018.
Tenants, including Enbridge that has taken 15 floors of the 28-storey, $298 million building, are expected to be in place by next summer.
About 2,500 people are expected to work in the building when it is fully occupied.
Over the next two years, two other office towers will be completed in the nearby Ice District for Stantec and the City of Edmonton, as well as a Marriott hotel and condo project.
