The asking price of Sage Hill Estate Winery has decreased by $1 million.

The Summerland winery is now available for $12.9 million, and it includes the gorgeous home on the property as well. The property went on the market last fall for $13.9 million.

The winery features more than 10 acres of freehold land with vineyards as well as a certified organic winery operation with wine-making equipment, tasting room and large venue-friendly patio perfect for weddings or parties.

The house, which overlooks Okanagan Lake, has more than 4,500 square feet of interior space, including four bedrooms and four bathrooms. It has an infinity pool and large windows that offer stunning, 270-degree views.

The listing says the winery’s management and employees are willing to stay on to assist with a transition, or they can continue to run the operation in full for an absent owner.
