NAI Commercial of Vancouver has sold the Surrey Golf Club on 168th Street, Surrey, for $15 million to an unnamed investor.
Business in Vancouver rated Surrey Golf Club as the busiest public golf course in Metro Vancouver for 2007-2013, with the most rounds played. The club has been in operation since 1971. “It’s a profitable business,” said NAI senior associate J.D. Murray.
