Western Investor’s annual Trophy Properties edition this August details some of the highest-value and most discerning real estate under active listings in Western Canada.
After sifting through numerous submissions, we narrowed our selection down to six properties this year, all in British Columbia.

North Pender Island
“This is a one-of-a-kind retreat destination,” said listing agent Bob Scragg of Macdonald Commercial in Vancouver of the Clam Bay Vineyard & Farm.

Galiano Island
