BC Tree Fruits Co-op's former storage facility at 880 Vaughan Ave., Kelowna, sold Nov. 27 in a court-ordered process for $17.5 million.

DEAL | Unison HM Commercial Realty, on behalf of Alvarez & Marsal Canada Inc. in its capacity as court-appointed monitor overseeing the winding up of BC Tree Fruits Co-op, is pleased to announce the sale of a 195,159-square-foot warehouse/storage facility previously used by BC Tree Fruits at 880 Vaughan Ave., Kelowna. The premises occupies 5.2 acres of I2-zoned property and sold Nov. 27 for $17.5 million, significantly below its list price of $22 million. Court documents name the buyer as Pelecanus Real Estate Ltd., part of the Mark Anthony Group.
