DEAL | The headquarters of BC developer Beedie at 3030 Gilmore Div., Burnaby, sold March 27 for $16.2 million. The transaction coincided with Beedie's move to new premises at Station Square. The 37,000-square-foot premises occupies a 1.5-acre corner lot. Colliers brokers Rob Chasmar and David Taylor represented Beedie in the transaction, while Casey Pollard of CBRE Ltd. represented the purchaser.
