The Edmonton Petroleum Club has sold their 2.07 acres of land to Daytona Homes, CBRE reports.
The downtown Edmonton social club first opened its doors in 1958 and will consider all options for a new space to call home following completion of the sale. The building and land sold for $7.02 million.
The property is located at 11110 108 St. NW, Edmonton.
