DEAL | William Wright Commercial sold CityBox Storage, a 184-unit drive-up facility located in Fernie, B.C., on Dec. 7, 2023. New Westminster-based Make Space Inc. paid $4.1 million to acquire the asset from CityBox Storage Corp. The sale price worked out to nearly $209 per square foot. The property had an assessed value on July 1, 2023 of $1,619,000.
