DEAL | A mixed-use property at 4380 Wallace Hill Road, Kelowna, sold March 11 for $5.1 million in a court-ordered sale. Instafund Mortgage Management Corp., represented by Paul Hague and Nicole Eastman of Sotheby's International Realty Canada, received seven offers with one competing bid presented in court. The property sold with vacant possession to a private investor, represented by Robyn Muccillo and Luke Cook, also of Sotheby's International Realty Canada. The former home of Forbidden Spirits Distilling, the 20-acre property features equestrian facilities, an 8,500-square-foot home, a 6.3-acre apple orchard, a 10-stall RV Park, a partially completed warehouse building and the distillery building. Forbidden Spirits will not be permitted to continue to operate on the property or enter into a new lease with the new owners.
