DEAL | Commerce Plaza, a seven-unit retail complex at 1677 Commerce Avenue in Kelowna, sold Oct. 16 for $13.8 million following strong interest from investors. The fully tenanted property sits on nearly two acres of land and offers 25,241 square feet of leaseable space, for an average price of $547 per square foot. The sale price was just north of the assessed value of $11.6 million. Jack Shabbits, a senior associate with Colliers in Kelowna, represented the vendor while Bill Raine of Coldwell Banker Horizon Realty represented the buyer, a private investor.
