DEAL | The off-market sale of 2.36 acres of future multifamily and employment lands at 2945 200 Street in Langley's Brookswood Booth neighborhood sold September 1 for $7.15 million. This was a significant premium to the assessed value of $5.2 million. The sale price worked out to more than $3 million an acre. This deal was completed by Nav Gill and Jas Saprai of Sutton Group-Alliance’s Landvault Investment Group.
