DEAL | The City of Maple Ridge has purchased 20596 Dewdney Trunk Road, Maple Ridge, a 2.62-acre property with RS-1 zoning but designated for commercial development in the city’s official community plan. With frontage on both Dewdney Trunk Road and Lougheed Highway, the property allows for a wide range of commercial and mixed-use and development proposals that support housing and employment needs. The sale closed May 30 for $12.5 million, below the list price of $14.7 million.
