With a total of 9.84 acres, the properties sold for an average of $1.127 million per acre. Situated in the emerging Bell McKinnon neighbourhood of North Cowichan, the parcels are designated for medium density development including two- to three-storey townhomes and duplex/triplexes as well as local village commercial, which allows for light retail, live-work and office. The properties is strategically located near the Cowichan District Hospital set to complete in 2027 and will benefit from ongoing servicing being constructed for the project.
