The 14,098-square-foot industrial building is situated on a 20,996-square-foot lot close to Royal Oak SkyTrain station. Although the Buyer plans to occupy the property, the Burnaby OCP supports redevelopment to Medium Density Residential. The property was listed for $6.8 million and has an assessed value of $4.63 million.
