The 12-unit residence in Canora sold for approximately $122,500 per unit. The neightbourhood originally consisted of mostly small, single-family detached houses that have largely been redeveloped into duplexes and low-rise apartments. The property is 13,791-square-feet and includes three one-bedroom suites and nine two-bedroom units.
