DEAL | CBRE Ltd. advised Vulcanrich Nominee Ltd. on its successful disposition of 12511 Vulcan Way, Richmond, on Feb. 28. The prime North Richmond industrial property sold to 12511 Holdings Ltd., a private investor that won out over multiple competing offers. The 2.38-acre site boasts 59,611 square feet of leasable area with extensive street frontage along Vulcan Way. The sale price represents an average of nearly $8.2 million per acre.
