DEAL | Bosa Properties Inc. acquired Fama Business Park at 15050 54A Avenue, Surrey, on May 17 for $93 million. CanFirst Capital Management sold the property four and a half years after acquiring it from Hydro Quebec in September 2019 for $66 million. Brokered by Colliers, the deal includes eight buildings totalling 315,128 square feet. The sale price works out to an average of $295 a square foot.
