The province paid $9.45 million for 18375 Fraser Hwy, Surrey, on March 27.

DEAL | The BC Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure has picked up a one-acre site at the corner of Fraser Hwy and 184 Street in Surrey for $9.45 million. Assessed at $6.9 million, the property sold March 27. The northern portion of the site is designated for an affordable housing development while the southern portion will host the guideway for the planned Surrey-Langley Skytrain extension. Varing Marketing Group brokered the sale of the property, which previously sold in April 2021 for just short of $5 million.
