DEAL | William Wright Commercial advised on Troika Management Corp.’s acquisition of 1857, 1869 and 1879 Barlee Road, a one-acre transit-supported development site in Kelowna’s Midtown area. The three-lot land assembly, which is eligible for greater density under provincial rules announced in December, will be redeveloped into much-needed purpose-built rental housing. The deal closed on Jan. 15, 2024.
