So far in 2011,12 new franchising rights to Realty Executives International, Inc. have been awarded and include new locations in Alberta and Saskatchewan. The U.S.-based company plans to open other locations across the Southern U.S. this year.
This aggressive franchise push is part of a plan of surpassing last year's 54 new franchises awarded. Newly implemented technology platforms, which focus on mobile technology and marketing, are leading to an increase in agent leads and customer satisfaction, according to the Realty Executives.
Realty Executives is one of the fastest-growing real estate franchises in the United States, with approximately 700 franchises.
