DEAL | A 52,300-square-foot office building at 32071 South Fraser Way, Abbotsford, has sold for the second time in less than 24 months. The property changed hands Feb. 21 for $28 million. This represented a 17 per cent premium to the $24 million True North REIT received when the property last sold in an off-market transaction in late summer 2023. Built in 1993, the six-storey building is anchored by Prospera Credit Union.
