DEAL | The MacLaren, a 240-unit multi-family asset at 10141 124 St., Edmonton, sold to Canadian Apartment Properties REIT on Feb. 4, 2025, for $79.4 million. Completed in 2019, the 27-storey tower includes 11,209 square feet of commercial space at grade. The asset offers a significantly lower capital expenditure profile , helping reposition CAPREIT’s portfolio away from older, underperforming legacy assets. Edmonton’s Institutional Property Advisors, a division of Marcus & Millichap, brokered the deal.
