A two-tenant retail property in West Kelowna has been sold in an off-market deal, Form Retail Advisors tells Western Investor. 
 
The two-unit property is home to a Husky gas station and a local mechanic shop. The tenant leases are near expiry, positioning the site as an excellent redevelopment property with attractive holding income. The site is 36,500 square foot and as an assessed value of $1.3 million. Form Retail Advisors represented the purchaser and have not disclosed the sale price. 
 
The property is located at 2610 Ross Rd., Kelowna.
