The single-storey properties include 455 Leon Ave., sold for $2,065,000 and 477 Leon Ave., which sold for $1,030,000. The properties were of nearly equal size and comprise a total of 5,670 square feet. The surrounding area has seen strong growth in multifamily, commercial and mixed-use developments and these two buildings were able to achieve a sale price above asking due to the purchaser’s desire to assemble properties in the surrounding area.
