Langley land sold by Gateway Casinos to be redeveloped into rental housing

A second parcel of land has been sold on behalf of Gateway Casinos in the Willowbrook area of Langley, Royal LePage Wolstencroft reports. 
 
The site is currently being used as a paved parking lot. However, the land is slated for redevelopment to a purpose-built rental building. The first parcel of land sold on behalf of Gateway Casinos was a gaming facility that will be redeveloped partially for use by the Royal LePage Wolstencroft brokerage. 
 
The property is located at 6350 197th St., Langley.
