The off-market transaction saw the vendor represented by Steve Da Cruz of CASM Global while Blake Gozda and Nathan Kewin of Cushman & Wakefield represented the purchaser, Vittori Developments Ltd. Zoned M-2 and assessed at $6.5 million, the property’s future development potential within the Royal Oak transit-oriented area supported a sale price of $9.2 million.
