DEAL | The business and property of Adega on 45th Estate Winery at 7311 45th Street, Osoyoos, sold March 3 for $6.3 million. Originally listed for $10 million in 2021, the offering included 18 acres of premium grapevines and a 5,700-square-foot winery as well as all business assets, including equipment and inventory. In 2024 the offering was put back on the market with Fox & Fox of Re/Max Penticton Realty for $7.5 million. The purchaser, Gate 22 Winery Ltd. of Surrey, was represented by Hague Eastman & Associates of Sotheby’s International Realty Canada and assisted by M&A legal team Megan O’Neill and Al Hudec of Farris LLP.
