Landa Global plans a new redevelopment proposal in the coming months

Landa Global bought 2465 West 41st Avenue for $14 million on Jan. 9 through a court-ordered process.

DEAL | An approved C-2 mixed-use development site situated at 2465 West 41st Avenue at the corner of Larch Street in Vancouver’s prestigious Kerrisdale neighbourhood sold by court order on Jan. 9. Landa Global acquired the 0.4-acre site for $14 million, significantly below the list price of $17 million. It plans to submit a proposal for property – formerly eyed by iFortune Homes of Richmond for the Elm41 development – in the coming months. The site has a floor space ratio of 2.38 and has sat vacant for 10 years.
