DEAL | The Pacific Inn Resort and Conference Centre at 1160 King George Boulevard, Surrey, sold September 6 in a court-ordered sale for $18 million. Nicknamed the “Pink Palace,” the 150-room hotel had been vacant for six years and had served as a filming location for various productions. It sits on 4.8 acres with CD zoning. The sale price of $18 million was short of the current list price of $25.38 million. Built in 1992, the property is assessed at nearly $23.95 million.
